Arsène is 2,5 years old and works as a detective. He is a part time writer too. He lives with his sister, Fantoma, a Persian cat. She is his secretary (not a clever one, though). He is Greek, but from the 1st of July he, Fantoma and their parents moved to Prague, Czech Republic.
